Before making a booking you are strongly encouraged to read the following terms that apply for this property. Additional terms might apply when making a reservation online via the booking platforms (eq. Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo)

The house complies with the rules and conditions that apply to all properties registered in the Greece’s Short Term Rental (STR) registry. For this no other services other than the accommodation of the clients can be provided.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in time from 15:00 until 21:00. Guests must present an ID or passport upon check-in.
Check-out is until 11:00 am .
In case there is a special request for check-in or check-out time the guest must inform us ahead of time.
Cleaning services
House cleaning is of great importance to us. A thorough cleaning and preparation of the house is carried out before the check-in of the guests. This includes fresh towels and sheets for all the guests. Extra towels and sheets are also provided. In case extra cleaning services for the house are required by the guests during their stay, these should be arranged by the guests but will be happy to help make the arrangements.
No meals are served as a service
There is always a welcome pack waiting our guests upon their arrival. This includes everyday products for breakfast. We are not allowed to serve meals to guests as a service.
Only guests agreed upfront are permitted
The maximum number of clients permitted to stay in the house is specified during the booking arrangements. No other guests are allowed to stay in the house.
Smoking not allowed inside the house
Smoking is only allowed in the verandas and the yard. Please help us maintain the house as a smoke free place to leave in.
Pets are not allowed
Although we love animals this is a place that hosts several guests throughout the season and many people are not so comfortable living in a house that might have also accommodated animals. Also, it would make it difficult for us to keep the house as clean as possible in order to keep our guests satisfied.
Misuse and damages
In case a damage occurs during the stay, guests are expected to inform us as soon as possible for the damage to be repaired. In case of a major damage caused by misuse additional charges might apply.
Small children provisions
In case a small child is a member of the guests we can provide you with a child crib and a portable food chair. Please inform us about it during the booking arrangements so that we can prepare it prior your arrival.
